It is our aim to ensure that you receive your goods as efficiently as possible in the best condition. Depending on your location, delivery times will vary but as a guide, most major destinations will be delivered in 5 – 7 working days from the time of order. My African Buy is not liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery. Also please note: If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday. My African Buy makes use of Fastway couriers as our dedicated courier partner within South Africa. We deliver for free. As an additional service, a real time tracking system is available, which provides up to date information regarding the progress of your parcel from dispatch to final delivery. Please note that this door to door service requires someone to sign for the parcel, please ensure that you or a third party is at the delivery. The courier drivers from Fastway do not have cell phones and cannot contact you directly, if there is no one available to take collection of your delivery, your order will be set out for the following day.
Please note that Non-regional areas are restricted for delivery so this may delay your delivery, we at My African Buy will notify our customers if they are in a Non-regional area.

Cancellation and Stock Availability
We reserve the right, for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and My African Buy, in whole or in part, if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made, and accept no liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale. All items are subject to availability.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 5-7 working days (depending on the payment method used) for any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note during SALE time orders will take up to 10 working days.
